Why Red Shoes?

You may be wondering where the name Red Shoes Presenting came from...

Thought

I have always seen a positive symbolism in ‘Red Shoes’. I’m sure you remember Dorothy’s red shoes in the Wizard of Oz – the pair of magical shoes that could take Dorothy wherever she wanted to go simply by clicking the heels 3 times. The red shoes coupled with the power of Dorothy’s mind helped Dorothy believe and achieve her dream of getting home.

Attitude

Red shoes also symbolise to me excitement, power, and standing out from the crowd. Even in my own life I noticed that when I wore red shoes it changed the way I felt and it changed the way people saw me. When I meet new people the red shoes still draw comments and provide a great conversation starter.

Action

Something as simple as a pair of red shoes can be used to help influence business and personal success. I thought that was a pretty good representation of what Red Shoes Presenting can offer – Simple yet practical tools and advice to help you achieve personal, organisational and business success. I must admit that wearing red shoes has become somewhat of a trademark for me. Some people I have met even remember me as the ‘red shoes lady’.
